BranchCollab respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who can access it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it.
Who we are

What we collect
- Candidates: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), CV/resume, work history and any information you choose to include in your application.
- Employers & clients: your name, business name, email address and details of the role or service you enquire about.
- Website usage: basic, anonymised analytics (pages visited, approximate region) to improve the site. We do not sell this data.
Why we collect it
- To match candidates with suitable hospitality roles across Bali and Lombok.
- To respond to hiring and advisory enquiries from employers.
- To contact you about opportunities, applications or services you have asked about.
We only process your data for these purposes, and only with your consent, which you give when you submit a form.
Who can access your data
Your information is handled personally and confidentially by BranchCollab. A candidate’s CV or profile is only ever shared with a prospective employer with your knowledge in the context of a specific opportunity. We never sell your data or share it for marketing. Trusted service providers (for example, our secure form and storage tools) process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep CVs and data
We retain candidate CVs and profiles for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can consider you for future roles. Employer enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services. After these periods, or on your request, we securely delete your data.
How your data is protected
Our website is served entirely over HTTPS. Forms are protected against spam and abuse, and uploaded CVs are stored in secure, access-controlled storage — never in a public folder. Access is limited to authorised BranchCollab personnel.
Your rights — access and deletion
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”);
- Withdraw your consent.
To make any of these requests, email privacy@branchcollab.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We will action verified requests promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
